I’ve decided to take a different turn with Poetry Thursday. For the time being I will only feature poems about books and reading.

Day 253- Poetry Thursday

Being a writer is awesome. We can invent things and make up stuff until the cows come home. There is no company policy to adhere to, no rules to bow down to and no regulations to tip-toe around.

My latest invention is Poetry Thursday (that would have been a hit at my previous job – not), and today I share with you a poem by Charles Bukowski. It’s called So You Want To Be A Writer.
